35" Screen TV

This TV is 44", but the screen itself is 35". There is no remote control, buttons are on the left side. It works perfectly fine, but there are black lines running up the bottom left section of the TV. See second picture. They were there when we were given the TV about 6-7 years ago. I don't want anything for it. If you would like to give me craft supplies like acrylic paint, canvas, or stencils, I'll accept it.
